Their number one selection for me? "The Best of Benny Hill."
That's bordering on racism.
(Next up was a SpongeBob SquarePants compilation, which is more like it, although I always preferred The Fairly Odd Parents.)
Back when my house had younger grands in and out all the time, I was partial to Kim Possible, and Rugrats grew on me. I'd welcome either (or even Benny Hill) over iCarly, and anything Beiber Adjacent.
ReplyDeleteI'm rather partial to the Suite Life of Zack and Cody and its variants. Among the supporting characters, there's a style of acting I haven't seen since childhood visits to the English pantomime. Three double-takes per one-liner and more mugging than St. Louis on a Saturday night.
